Estate Sales and Estate Planning

This class will meet in the Albert L. Lorenzo Cultural Center, Room 137.
In this course participants will gain the knowledge necessary to make informed decisions when seeking the services of estate sales experts and experts in estate planning. You will learn how to prepare for an inevitable future sale, how to go about holding a “living estate sale,” and the ins and outs of the entire process. We will also touch on a variety of other related topics, including market trends of past and current valuable items. Chris will provide multiple question and answer segments throughout his presentation.
About the Presenter: Christopher Deneau’s lifelong passion for buying/selling, antique collecting, and restoration work began at the age of 8. His experience as a caregiver and dealing with the estate planning industry has armed him with a wealth of knowledge. With almost 30 years of experience in the industry, he has honed his expertise to assist people in making downsizing and estate sale decisions. If possible, he will be joined by Dan and Judy Landino, longtime MORE presenters on this topic.
